Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
